Seismic University wins industry award for customer education excellence

Nearly a year ago, we officially launched Seismic University (Seismic U.), a robust, user-driven learning program that aims to inform, educate and enable our Seismic platform customers. One of our goals was to create an award-winning customer education program that delivers quality educational experiences, and gives sales and marketing professionals the resources they need to maximize their usage and adoption of Seismic. 

Today, I’m proud to share that we’ve reached a significant milestone in achieving that goal. Seismic University received the Customer Training Experience Award from Thought Industries, the #1 B2B customer training platform provider. We’re ecstatic to accept this award at COGNITION 2020, the first annual event and user conference for Thought Industries. 

Not only does this award recognize the value provided by the Seismic U. learning platform, but it also acknowledges the importance we place on customer success and the investment we’ve made on providing education and resources for them. Our customers’ success is our success. This award is a reflection of our commitment to our customers and our ongoing focus on enabling them to achieve even greater return on their sales enablement investment.

The Thought Industries award panel evaluated a number of factors that are critical for delivering an engaging and valuable learning experience. The Customer Training Experience Award represents our attention to every element of the overall customer learning experience, including a focus on dynamic, personalized experiences that drive higher levels of learner engagement and contribute to overall program success.

Seismic U is a customer-centric platform that gives our users access to on-demand, interactive eLearning and video resources, live instructor-led courses, and virtual-led sessions. Whether customers are brand new to Seismic or looking to sharpen their skills, Seismic U offers blended learning options for every skill level. Courses are self-paced and make it easier to master the best-in-class Seismic platform.

Additionally, we introduced the Seismic Administrator certification program earlier this year — the first of many credentialing opportunities available through Seismic U. Since its launch, the certification program has been well-received by Seismic power users looking to elevate their professional profile by acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to drive greater platform adoption and deliver powerful results for their organization.
