COVID-19 Precautions for the San Diego Event

In an effort to keep everyone safe at Shift, we will be requiring the following of all in-person attendees, employees, and on-site vendors:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (instructions to follow)
  • A rapid COVID test administered upon arrival to Shift with a negative result (conducted onsite)
  • Compliance with CDC guidelines, local/state/federal regulations, and policies of Seismic and the event venue (including posted signage) at the time of the event

COVID-19 Precautions for the EMEA & APAC Events

EMEA

In an effort to keep everyone safe at Shift EMEA, we will be requiring the following of all in-person attendees, employees, and on-site vendors:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination issued by the NHS
  • A rapid COVID test with a negative result on the day of the event
  • Compliance with government guidelines, regulations, and policies of Seismic and the event venue (including posted signage) at the time of the event

APAC

In an effort to keep everyone safe at Shift APAC, we will be requiring the following of all in-person attendees, employees, and on-site vendors:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (instructions to follow)
  • Check-in via QR code
  • Compliance with a range of health and enhanced hygiene measures as outlined by the relevant State Government, as well as the policies of Seismic and the event venue (including posted signage) at the time of the event

Full details on precautionary measures are subject to change and will be shared prior to the event.

No-Questions-Asked Refunds

If, for any reason, you decide not to attend Shift—or Seismic chooses to cancel the in-person portion of the event—in-person attendees will receive a full refund of their conference registration fees.

We ask that you provide notice to us of cancellation by 11AM PST on March 29th, 2022 in order to receive a full refund. Simply modify your registration on your registration confirmation email or email shift@sesimic.com to begin the refund process.

Please note: In the case of in-person event cancellation, Seismic will NOT reimburse any travel or booking expenses or fees. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance for this trip.
