Trustwave faced significant challenges in delivering effective training and development across a diverse and globally distributed team. Before Seismic Learning, Trustwave’s previous Learning Management System (LMS) was cumbersome and not user-friendly for administrative purposes. Seismic’s Learning platform offered a more streamlined and accessible solution, leading Trustwave to migrate ~200 courses to Seismic while utilizing off-the-shelf content from OpenSesame.
