What you'll be doing:

  • Build your pipeline. We aim for 3x quota to hit targets. When it’s low, we work to fill it. When it’s high, we identify risk and potential gaps, while pouring fuel on the fire.
  • You will take prospective clients through initial needs analysis (discovery), help determine ‘fit,’ prepare & present value / solution to multiple stakeholders, ask for their business, and assist in their transition to the Account Management Team.
  • You’ll need to be fearless in asking tough, business impact questions.
  • You’ll need to keep organized records in Salesforce.
  • Your input to the team will be vital and will help continue to build our sales process.
  • You will build your territory through proven methods while being creative in your pursuit of owning that metro.

Who you are:

  • You can show 1+ year demonstrated sales success in a B2B full sales cycle position (SaaS experience preferred)
  • You’re naturally curious and patiently persistent.
  • You’re competitive and helpful at the same time. You’re driven by winning and you’ll leave it all on the field to help a teammate do the same.
  • You build trust and strive to create consultative relationships with your prospects. You are able to articulate value through effective communication and presentation skills. 
  • You practice your job, ask for feedback, and crave coaching.
