Overview:
We are seeking a Business Strategy Manager to develop strategic insights and deliver operational improvements for our go-to-market teams. This role will formulate data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth. The Business Strategy Manager will also execute the necessary process improvements to enable scalable and repeatable success. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. This role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct deep business analysis across GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success, services, partners) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve pipeline growth, revenue efficiency, and operational execution.
- Partner with GTM, Ops and Finance leaders to implement operational changes
- Support annual and quarterly planning, helping to define KPIs, forecast trends, and measure success.
- Drive end-to-end process optimization, ensuring that changes are effectively adopted and integrated into business workflows.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects related to revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, and business process optimization.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and present recommendations effectively.
What you bring to the team:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business strategy, revenue operations, sales/marketing strategy, or management consulting within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Pigment).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive alignment across teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $93,000 USD – $160,500 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
