As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key part of Seismic’s growth, introducing potential customers to our cutting-edge platform. - Skilled at managing multiple tasks while exceeding expectations

- Preferably experienced in cold calling and outbound sales
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and cold calling into target accounts to identify and qualify leads
- Clearly communicating Seismic’s value proposition to potential customers
- Building relationships and understanding business needs
- Researching prospective clients using web, social media, and CRM tools
- Documenting interactions and prospecting efforts in the CRM
- Ensuring lead quality and working with channel partners for follow-ups
- Collaborating with the sales team to build pipeline and achieve monthly targets
- Striving to exceed quotas and performance expectations
What you bring to the team:
- Passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- 6+ months of inside sales or relevant experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Familiar with tools such as copy.ai, Cognism, Salesforce, Nooks and 6sense are preferred
