Zixi, the leading Software-Defined Video Platform for live broadcast-quality video over IP, operates with a lean and globally dispersed sales team. Zixi’s sellers are located across various regions and come from diverse professional backgrounds. This posed challenges in creating a unified process for leveraging sales collateral. Without a centralized system to manage content and learning, Zixi struggled to provide a consistent onboarding experience as it scaled its global team. Incongruent processes and legacy versions of sales collateral caused inefficiency during onboarding, leading to longer ramp times and a less agile and tailored experience.
