Overview:

The Sitecore Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of Sitecore-powered digital platforms through meticulous testing and quality assurance practices. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Sitecore platform, quality assurance methodologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proficient in testing on large websites built on Sitecore and other CMS.
  • Ensures that content (pages, fields, components) is being rendered and managed correctly.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and manual testing.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing to ensure applications meet quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers to understand requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
  • Test for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality assurance practices.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with Sitecore or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Sitecore CMS functionality, including templates, components, workflows, and publishing processes.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Sitecore Analytics).
  • Understanding Sitecore-specific integrations and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools for debugging.
  • Project management in JIRA, ClickUp
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
