Overview:

As Senior Director of Product Management – Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Seismic’s impact in this space. Seismic is the trusted partner for 22 of the top 25 global asset management firms and 9 of the top 10 U.S. banks, helping them drive operational efficiency and client engagement.  You will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that our solutions continue providing value to our valued customers. 

Our Financial Services offering is designed to empower organizations with tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and power compliant client engagements. By leveraging advanced tools for content automation and personalized communication, we help clients optimize their marketing impact and drive ROI. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive the product strategy for Seismic’s Financial Services, ensuring continued leadership in the market. 
  • Lead a team of product managers, fostering innovation and execution excellence. 
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership as well as cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive innovation for customers in a highly regulated industry. 
  • Engage with clients and industry leaders to anticipate emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and evolving customer needs
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes, supporting revenue growth, customer retention, and adoption of Seismic’s Financial Service offerings. 

What you bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in Financial Services, fintech, or B2B SaaS solutions 
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios in regulated industries
  • Data-driven decision-making and execution-focused leadership. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in enterprise content management, automation, or AI-driven personalization
  • Experience with financial services compliance and risk management. 
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. 
  • Certifications in product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certification. 
  • Specialized skills in data analytics, machine learning, or agentic workflows. 
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.

The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $181,800 USD$313,500 USD

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.

The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
