Our award-winning Professional Services team is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager at Seismic, you will be a pivotal member of our professional services team, overseeing enterprise-level SaaS customer engagements. Your role involves ensuring successful software implementations by leveraging your extensive experience in enterprise professional services and project management. Key skills include strong communication, relationship building, conflict management, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, maintaining positive client relationships, and driving project success and outcomes to deliver exceptional service and value to our enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them.
  • Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets, milestone dates, and work quality.
  • Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary.
  • Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal & external project stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently, ensuring project success.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement, acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers.
  • Coach and mentor project team members, potentially across multiple time zones, to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the team’s capabilities.
  • Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. 

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • 3-5+ years in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business analysis, or other client-facing roles, with a proven record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent engagements.
  • A track record of professional achievements and delighted customers, demonstrating your ability to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Confidence in communicating with business, technical, and Executive & C-level stakeholders, showcasing strong communication, presentation, consultative, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to drive project success.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers, adapting quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to understand and document business requirements, providing prescriptive recommendations through active listening and probing questions.
  • Passion for becoming an expert on our products and contributing to a fast-growing company.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for customer onsite visits, including kickoff and discovery meetings.
  • Knowledge with FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
  • PMP certification or ScrumMaster is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. ​​

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.

$80,900$139,600 USD
